Subject to applicable law, the developers disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to: 1. Merchantability: Fitness for a particular purpose. 2. Non-Infringement: That the Software will not infringe on third-party rights. 3. Availability: That the Software will operate uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability#

In no event shall Aman Kumar Pandey or any contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, procurement of substitute goods or services; loss of use, data, or profits; or business interruption) however caused and on any theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability, or tort (including negligence or otherwise) arising in any way out of the use of this Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.

Operational Risks#

Start of Authority: Vaani is an automated system capable of executing commands on the host machine. Users are responsible for: - Reviewing the source code before execution. - Running the software with appropriate privileges (avoid running as root). - Monitoring network traffic generated by the assistant.

Third-Party Services: The Software integrates with external APIs (e.g., Google, DuckDuckGo). The developers of Vaani have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
