Global Configuration - System-Wide Settings#

Features: - External config.json loading and validation - Environment variable integration - API key management (Gemini, Groq, etc.) - Feature toggles (enable/disable components) - System paths (logs, temp, models) - Debug mode settings - Performance tuning parameters - Default value fallbacks - Voice mappings for 32 languages

Loads configuration from external config.json and environment variables. Provides centralized access to all system settings with validation.
